....continue to gain steam. This headline from an article yesterday on the reliable use of rapid antigen tests to significantly support detecting covid positive cases during the third wave in Nova Scotia. This could be a logical next step for SCRN.

Rapid testing has found at least 10 per cent of Nova Scotia's cases in its third wave 

Unlike most provinces which reserve testing only for symptomatic people, Nova Scotia's pop-up centres allow asymptomatic people to simply show up and get a free rapid test

Rapid tests sound great but how accurate are these tests. Last report I read stated that if you were found positive on  a rapid test (accuracy??) you still had to get a PCR test done that is 99.9% accurate results. GLTE!

Great question, Fiscal! As you well know, based on another stock we're both invested in, that all rapid antigen tests are not created equal. Cost, sample type and ACCURACY are key elements to their use. Based on what Nova Scotia found it seems to me, imho, that rapid tests could still fill important testing roles in a number of different niches. Here is a quote from the article... Lisa
