Interesting that it was just filed? It certainly appears NONE of the insiders have sold their shares ....that has to be considered good news for shareholders. Also interesting that Andrew Ryu has 10 million warrants as of the May 17, 2021 bombshell NR (this wasn't filed until May 26). I can't find the info that explained the value (or cost) of these. Hope Mr. Ryu sees his interim CEO position at SCRN as an opportunity to finally hit one out of the ballpark . His previous plays in AI , Crypto , and blockchain are not impressive to say the least .
