We should see 0.40 soon. People that were vaccinated are getting covid. Work places must continue testing. At least that is hapenning at my work.

Maybe the almost 400 million outstanding shares has something to do with it staying this low.....

Yes the outstanding shares does play a roll in why it's been pushed so low but there is lots of other companies in this sector with just as much even more that are worth 1-5$
