Hey SY3XElon, Seems like you're bashing too much your common sense has left the building or perhaps you are new to investing. Like Smokey stated, anyone who has done investing for any length of time recognizes that when the end of the month falls on the weekend, the Monday following is considered the last day.  Even personal income tax returns aren't due until the end of the day

I am aware when financials are due. The company is the one that said they were going to be released in April not me and they didn't do what they said. It's not bashing, it's true. I posted the link

End of April was a Saturday...as an investor this was already understood that news would be on Monday....
