Just wanted to let those who might be interested know that I have written to both ScreenPro management and the CSE as to the responsibilities of the company to inform us as to why Add Biomedical appears to have been dropped by the company as an active acquisition.

There is no reason shareholders should not be informed of the demise of an acquisition that significantly diluted the outstanding share count post share consolidation.

I will definitely share any manner of response.

Exactly my thoughts about Add Biomedical as I read the latest press release . Thanks for the inquiry you sent in regards to this acquisition . Transperancy of the management at this time should be of utmost importance .

  Hi Smokey,  I have just carefully reread the latest financial results and Add Bio is clearly mentioned as being a subsidiary of Sreenpro.  Also it is not mentioned in the latest press releases that Add Bio has been dropped.  I too wondered why Add Bio is not currently mentioned on their website.  Let's see what you get as an answer.

Scrn never had an acquisition of ADD bio. They bought the Distribution rights for north America.. thats all.. They diluted the shares to have the rights for the screening kits of add bio (pets, breast cancer and something else) .. once it gets approved to be sold in north America we'll hear more about it. There is no Add bio as a company under screenpro. Just the rights of Distribution of
