The news is a bit of a surprise to me.    I just checked my usual source of information.  I like to know if the insiders are holding common shares.  For me it is one of the signs that they have confidence or optimism about the fuiture of the company. I could not find information that any of the insiders hold any common shares.  There has been a whole lot of selling

Aaaahhhh!  Just did some more reading.  Is Wesana a privately owned company?  Might they be using this as a simple way to go public without and IPO?

Yes, looks like that is exactly what they are doing. This happened when UC Resources was taken over by Voyager Digital (VYGR). There was a reverse split which left me with less shares but some hope because UC was dead like DDI. When it happened my average on VYGR was .80 and today VYGR is $13 with upside potential still looking strong. With this happening we are getting new hope! for our DDI
