I do not think that I am not alone in questioning the intent of this company! Is it time to call for a regulatory view to determine if we as shareholders are being defrauded?

Dorval ... by Sept 2019 they spent over $7,700,000 on a simpy retrofit of a 10,000 sqft minifacility. .. that works out to over $770 /sqft  Keep in mind this was just a retrofit of an existing building!  ...more

I wonder who owns the building they retrofitted for $7,000,000 + ? Has anyone ever hear of a company that pays people so much for so many failures ? Or has failed on every project ?
