Class action

This will result in no more than a tax loss for shareholders! Where is the protection from the Security Exchange, talk is cheap, action should have been taken long ago, by a regulatory body that we assume is there to protect us, nott!!

I have a feeling its coming.  Unless Boris can very soon explain where all the missing funds disappeared to and what happened with the "ghost company" Yunify deal that got written down to $1 with no explanation.  Remember "Yunify" was registered the DAY BEFORE they announced the deal yet they told investors it was an "industry leader". Oops?

Another worry Boris has - remember he was telling investors for months and months and months that work "was progressing" on the Hemmingford greenhouses when it turned out they didn't even have foundations poured.  Oops?
