share options to a criminal defense lawyer a couple months ago. They listed him as a "Consultant"

Well if he can't explain where the missing $3,000,000+ "loan" to mgmnt relatives disappeared to that was supposed to be used to build the greenhouses that never even had foundations poured ... then maybe it might be a wise move.
