Who remembers the $600K ++ Yunify scam?

They claimed it was an established company and industry leader ... somebody here found out it was registered THE DAY BEFORE the news release.  The person they listed as Chief Chemist didn't even know how to spell the company name and the address they gave belonged to a different company.
