That ASK is a pathetic effort to keep SP down until the sand settles here.

First we alll should agree the fact that the halt lifted.... is a CLEAR signs the wheels are in motion.
This 2nd halt is frustrating BUT but but it tells me that WIN is front & center on the board room table.
