What a bunch of crooks!!! Drain the treasury!! Check out the related party transactions (note.9) in the latest financials. Numus (ie Dawe) stealing 20k a month! for nothing!; and then another $4k on top of that for rent lol what a fn joke. Oh, and also, a finance fee of $150k (7.5%). Stay clear

Misappropriation of funds, breach of trust, misuse of funds, making misleading or unsubstantiated claims and statements to illegally obtain funds while knowing otherwise, etc!  Pretty cut and dry even without real investigation or digging into the files (or lack there of) and the tracing of relationships and actions by previous and current CEO's and owner operators. Sue the buggerers ...more

Probably? Definitely.  Wade Dawe and Jim Megann are happily siphoning $20K/mo for nonexistent management consulting fees. It stands to reason this should come under scrutiny as the corporation's single largest opex cost but no, the senior team continues to "pay" an obviously ineffective consulting team.

Not to mention; if they're getting paid a management fee, through Numus Financial how are they also getting paid a $150,000 (equal to 7.5%) "Finder's fee" (commission) on the financing through their 100% owned sub, Numus Capital.  Just check out Policy 5.1 of the TSXV Corporate Finance manual.  I guess they got the go ahead from the Exchange on that one some how.  ...more
