This is all pretty confusing to me. To me it looks like they closed up shop. But every time I email with the CEO he says No that's not true. Here's his latest reply to me: "We should close the transaction with shareholder approval on April 2nd. Hopefully you can see based on the press release that it is a good opportunity for us to shore up some of the capital and eliminate the debt

As far as I can tell it's a blank slate right now. It's a mystery company with 2 million dollars, looking for a revenue model. I imagine it's Jamie and a few others. No more bunker, no more Bahai, no more dapps. it's always been a gamble but now it's a huge gamble. If they can find something that works it could be a totally new ballgame.
