Mexico will legalize - This is a billion dollar company

Mexico will legalize soon enough - even if the immediate injunction (which it will probably go through, as individuals have gotten such injunctions in mexico without much difficulties in the past) doesn't work out, the country will soon yield to the industry pressures to open up.
