I don't speak Spanish but looks like it was approved at 13:35 hours which ties into the halt. They were only going for the Hemp approval anyway - not full cannabis. Looking forward to tomorrow!

A monopoly on HEMP will give XBRA the entire market in Mexico on CBD and other associated hemp derivatives wich they can also export. After that, comes high TCH bud legalization (2-3 weeks) XBRA will be all over that. Given the sh*t ton of money that is backing this company, they will surely corner both markets for a year or three. If the news is positive, I could see this touching $20-$30 before
