Where have Zadar Ventures' uranium assets gone to?

As we all know a merger has been taken place between ARApplied Technologies Inc. and Zadar Ventures recently. The latter company had a lot of precious uranium assets. Does anybody know where does uranium assets are?

Are those uranium resources still, directly or indirectly, in the hands of ARApplied Technologies Inc or were they split off as a result of the merger? 

And if split off, who is now in possession of those uranium deposits formerly held by Zadar Ventures?

Then you should reach out to the management team and inquire. I know one of the directors and would never trust the guy. Do your own due diligence.. posting questions on a forum will get you nowhere. I'm just trying to get the word out these people can't be trusted and not have investors waste their money on pump dump plays because we have all been burned before..

The company gets halted due to France partner XRApplied  what about company  CFO ? Geoff Watson or Chairman Mark Tommasi listed. Where are latter company uranium assets ????

Thanks for responding to my old question I have raised earlier on this forum. What can we do to get things clear in this respect? It is an idea to contact Geoff Watson or Mark Tommasi directly in this respect? It's important for the former shareholders of Zadar Ventures to know what has happend with these precious (uranium) assets. Do you agree?

Hi kingncv, I must say that I like your tenacity. You are pretty sure in your analysis of this company and it's UBO's. On the other hand I would stay to the principle: "first the facts, then the opinions". So let's wait and see what will happen here. Can we give them the benefit of the doubt for the time being? This one is heading downwards... it is clear management is a team of clowns better suited for the circus.  You can't reach IR or get a straight answer because the lady in charge of IR is just a receptionist.  next stop on this one $.15 then $.10 and then down to $.05 where at that point the inside team will buy it all back and then inflate it back up to $.20.... sorry to any

A basic look at the recently released financials show a loss and no development in these supposed "deals" These guys take investors money, act like they're running a big business but it's all about looking the part, not doing it.  For a reputable company not to

This means they shifted the assets to another company with no benefit to the shareholders of ZAD. ZMC now holds the asset as they are no longer connected to ZAD/XRA..they essentially sold them off for potentially the value of $28k which would be of no benefit to shareholders and any consideration probably would have ended up in the treasury for salaries and *fancy dinners* id suggest for

It seems to be that former shareholders of Zadar ventures which shares have been exchanged for XRapplied receive also shares of Zadar Minerals. Who can affirm this?

Vdwbap, you won't get any answer on this because this company is nothing but smoke.  Look at the volume and the price in the past 5 months.. it's tanking and insiders buying at lows then make spam trades to inflate.  if you were to get shares of Zadar Minerals it would have already shown up in your trading account that held Zadar.  you won't be getting anywhere
