So it's been over a month... no news released. Management said that it would be resolved the following week of the halt.. 

how clear is it that this management team is a bunch of scammers? Pretty clear!

no more pump comments? Why? You can't pump something that can't trade. 

Management can't even release an update on the filings... this is pathetic. I feel bad for the folks holding the bag on this one. Stay away from this play, the team is just out to get investors money and spend it on their personal costs, renting houses, lavish lunches and dinners and vacations.

Why jumping to conclusions so fast? Let's wait and see what happens next. The management team just need some time to organize things. Screaming 'murder and fire' right now makes no sense. Please, be a bit patient and wait with your accusations because at the moment those remarks say more about you than about them.

I witnessed what happened during the days of ZAD which is the same management team. I know some of the management personally. Filings being due was a surprise? No... this is not how a supposed undervalued company handles business. I am trying to alert people to stay away and invest their money elsewhere because anytime people invest with these grifters, I have seen where the money has been spent
