I don't think Nick Tintor knows what the hell to do with this company so why would shareholders buy stock in this dog.

They just posted on SEDAR that is closed. Fully subscribed. Stock is trading at $0.13 on skinny bids, but that's still a big lift to the $0.075 unit offer price.

Based on the closing of the PP it seems the company now has slightly over $1 million in the treasury but the question investors should ask Nick Tintor or themselves is what happens with the money going forward. When the stock trades at 12 or 13 cents that is equal to the cash value but we all know the cash will be spent at some future point but the question is how will it be spent.

This is Nicks explanation for the capital raised, "We intend to preserve the money and seek out other opportunities".

It appears that Nick Tintor has moved from the mining business to the drug business.
