A real company would not ~

A real company would not overinflate it's share price and pay promoters 1 million shares to pump a stock way beyond it's fair value for the sole purpose of selling part of their position.

A real company would not be working out of a rented kitchen space.

The market cap is where it is for unreliable companies, this company now has something to prove to investors before it heads higher.
