Article in Desert Sun ,Palm Springs says that permits to

marijuana products have mostly been for a limited 6 month period and the various California producers are scrambling to obtain firm permits. If they are not in place before the 6-month limit the company will NOT be able to get a permit!! CSI is mentioned as a possible victim!
Hope they are wrong.

Thanks for that update.  Interesting, the head guy at CSI in Cali (Tim) actually sits on the various boards in California that helps regulate the legislation and is very hands on. Please post the article that identifies CSI in this compromising position.  Thank you very much for bringing this to the shareholders attention.

I am sorry, I did not mean to imply CSI was specifically mentioned in the article. It just raises the potential problem for any weed company producing in California. If CSI has a provisional approval for 6 months then it must convert to an annual permit before the  provisional expires.

These types of post are why no one comes to stock house anymore. Pure "BS" these people say anything to get their hands on paper likely this one is a shorter. He and his ilk are likely the ones putting in those Merrill Lynch and CIBC offers and when anyone puts a bid right next to the offer they pull the Merrill Lynch offer. Well they managed to get the few people that come to stock ...more

Your right. I should have called IR. Which I did and he stated CSI does have annual permits. He also said he had a lot of cALLS RE THE Sun ARTICLE and they were aware of the problem many startups were having I am NOT a basher of the stock or of any stocks .The article raised a legitimate concern and I posted hoping for clarification from shareholders as I am a recent buyer  Calm ...more

If that was the case, why didn't you post that message on all California weed stocks.....you just singled out CSI when there was no mention at all in the article. It was a shill move, pure and simple. I agree with Dart, many people including myself hardly read SH at all anymore because of unsubstantiated posts like this.  If your last line is true, you would have called IR right away and ...more

Boy you guys are REALLY SCared, eh. Either you are over your limit on your holdings or desperate that the company can't stand any stress. Ask your mother to hold your hand.   CSI has a lot going for it or I wouldn't have bought my holding.  Enough already

LOL, most of us here have "FREE" shares when it spun out of IZ and we have traded it back a forth enough so most of us have increased those "FREE" shares 3 or 4 fold. Now we sit and let the company develop and keep all our shares in our own little vaults never to come out for atleast a good year from now. It's all about sales now.

Yes and when all those that had temp licenses fall away. Those that are left with permanent licenses like us will only reap the rewards of being one of few Licensed manufacturing facilities where pot shops can buy their goods. Can You Say KABOOOOOMMMM for coming sales. I guess that explains why they just bought a second manufacturing facility.

didn't mean to imply? you stated that CSI was mentioned as a possible victim ...

Having read the article you mention, I see nothing at all regarding Chemesis. Also, it talks of all kinds of provisions to make sure companies don’t lose licences. Not sure why you are reaching the conclusions that you are reaching ...
