pay close attention to who the company I dealing with, what they got and when they got it and why was it not filed at the time of the deals? Next look at the repricing of things and who that repricing involves? Then ask yourself can you trust these people anylonger?

on the anniversary, if share price is down by 90%, warrants repriced at 105% of market. Guess some parties to the lending agreement had an incentive to see the price dropped by 90%. Wont say whom they are but i suggest interested parties check today’s files.

another thing that might be worth checking into. Who loaned the share out to GEM? Where the shares sold by GEM? What compensation did the people who loaned out the shares get in return? If insiders loaned those shares out did they receive compensation for those shares or did they get their shares back and was that compensation filed if shares where not returned?

Black and white whom were lending the shares to that fund. Same 2 consultants tied to the insiders

Agreement is clear, wheter or not it was executed is another question
