Keep in mind that 15 months ago gsrx got approval to sell their escrow shares which IMO they did. Before the merger, IMO they need to buy it back cheap.

I reached to IR. CEO is not stepping down supposedly and it is all market panic (supposedly). An announcement will be made to calm investors hopefully as per IR

Sure it is. IMO, those that will be part of the upcoming US offering, are simply IMO selling at a loss but will recuperate it with this new offering
