stabilize in my opinion about 25% above the strike price of the USA offering

Remember what they did before so expect the same thing in regards to blowing paper off. With the expected interest rate rise these pump will not have the legs they used to have and the second reason the legs will be short is because everyone knows about these people now. Looks like they are dumping TELE as quick as they can and moving small amount of cash here.
