This is not an offering but a private placement. There will likely be a large offering in the US. Look at the one they struck out last year:  if they dont need an offering, I will be surprised and will start being positive but we know these guys. Yup their burn rate is outragesly high. Specially when you only show a dozen of vickis. Still have hope for our shares of gsrx if they fulfilled the conditions of the portions they bought. Might not have

Why would anyone buy this at these prices when they are doing a financing at 12 cents? Why would anyone buy this at all once one has done their research into management? If you want to buy you wait until the pump starts then day trade only, never buy and hold with these people running the show!!!!!!!!
