Tough to get a good read on what income from ongoing operations will look like.  1.  It's a stub period (fundraising closed part way through the quarter, operations commenced after that. 2.  Financing fees, multiple acquisition fees, costs of integrating multiple businesses, all contribute to significant one-time costs incurred in the quarter 3.  Greenmart closed after ...more

For the little Boyes who cried wolf...nothing's changed. Gonna need management buying to keep the SP up above my 30 cent call. Watch volume and price when the cease trade order comes off. Won't be me buying this failure. I made my dime after the 'Trading Halt' they called it.
