as The Canadian government fast tracks these ACMPR cultivation applications in order to meet the magnitude of the demand in July / 2018. If you don’t think the shorters are going to need to cover their positions ( buy back in the open market )when this license, which I personally feel will be granted in high regard, then you have another thing coming!!!!!!!!!!!
