Huge news for MPX, after potential Federal Legislation

Friday at midnight is when the legislation will be signed, after that MPX will be protected within all the states it has expanded into (all of which have or will be legalizing it). Im going to re-up because after this its straight leeway for them to continue to grow without heavy burdens.

This is not really accurate. The protection is the same as it ever was, and applies only to medical. As all the recreational dispensaries also serve medical customers, it’s highly unlikely the DOJ would crack down given the medical protection in place. A different amendment to specifically cover rec, and other amendments involving tax relief and banking access are all being squashed at Committee ...more
