Owen Sound?
I've been watching and waiting to get back in, but with this news I'm glad I didn't. Doesn't mean I wont, just can't get my head around this strategy. As I've said before, Scott has a tendency to overpromise on his dates and this is another confirmation in the sense that he must be having issues with the licence for Owen Sound facility. Why else would they buy such a small company that really means nothing compared to the plans they had for their own site?....the licence is why. But 18mil for basically a building and a licence with 20mil shares to add to the dilution makes me think twice, at this price anyway. Scotts always commenting how undervalued they are, he had to know this would put another wall up. If it goes to .70, that's great but I'm afraid from there it will be constrained to its typical pattern of trading in a 5 cent channel until after legalization. Owen Sound licence is long overdue and it wouldn't surprise me if they abandon that plan... after all it's just a leased facility. Thoughts?

Licenses take time to go through the process. And with their latest acquisition it furthers their footing in Canada, whilst continuing with their initial Owen sound venture. Canveda is not that small of an acquisition, they are capable of producing 1000kg (1 million grams) which if they were to sell at $8/gram would give them 8M revenue. Any SP under a dollar will be highly valued down the line.

Crypsis....Do you know how much space they have leased/owned in this industrial park to be able to expand? This 12000sq ft facility is really a bit small but as noted it is the license that they are really buying. If this was an open farm/greenhouse with tens of acres available to 'expand'...the story might have caught more investors attention in my opinion. GLTA

It’s definitely a surprise. Has to mean there are continued issues in Owen Sound. They first applied in 2015. Gives an interesting valuation for what a license and small production itself facility are worth.
