CORRECT ME IF I'M WRONG
Does this agreement mean the following:
IAN will give MPX share holders:
1. 0.1673 of the IAN share upon closing
2. common shares of another company holding MPX US assest
IAN is currently trading at 8.22.
So does this mean based on the current tradning prices the values of one MPX share is:
- $8.22 x 0.1673 = $1.37

THANKS. WOW. I'M BUYING MORE! I'M PAYING $1.20 FOR A STOCK THAT IS VALUED AT $1.37 When the market catches wiff of this, then the MPX stock should be aligned with IAN in proportion to the ratio. Let hope this announcement gets some momentum like MedMen!!

There is a risk in that if the deal ends up falling through you lose and end up back with mpx shares you've overpayed for. I've been through this both good and bad so be aware if you buy you're gambling it goes through.
