MPX is a better buy IMO example; MPX 3000 * .1673 = 501.9 shares of iA/MPX plus 300 shares of MPXI (unknown price) Right now 3000 shares of MPX = $2160US iAnthus 501.9 shares = $2284US that is about 5.5% more at todays price. Plus the 300 shares of MPXI If iA has higher gains before the closing it will be better. Makes sense right, hope this helps. Mike

I'm pretty sure the deadline has passed to get the free mpxi shares You had to be an mpx shareholder by a certain date in early December I'm not 100% sure put that's usually how it works with these deals And for the premium on the share price of .1673 ian for every mpx share I'm not sure if that applies to the same date or not

You know Steve that does sound right regarding the MPXI shares, makes sense. Still MPX is better to buy. I wonder what the MPXI shares will be priced at? Can't be much. Any ideas ?

I believe shareholders of the said record date had a right to vote . If the deal goes through all mpx shares will convert to ian and mpxi. Correct me if I’m wrong. —-and what’s up with the vote?? Status report ?

Correct me if im wrong. My understanding is that upon the CLOSE of the deal with MPX and Ianthus that might be January 30th is when share holders on record for that day Jan 30th will recieve the merger deal of .673 of IAN for every share held of MPX. The part that I dont get is the .1 being 10% shares in the new stock MPXI witch will be focused on the over seas markets.Will the shares ...more
