Conversion to iAnthus shares
So just to confirm, I held mpx shares before and on October 17th and October 18th (the day the news was released about the merger with iAnthus)...since that date I have sold them...since I held them at the close of October 17th, am I still entitled to receive the equivalent iAnthus shares and mpxi shares? Or would I need to buy mpx now in order for those shares to be converted into iAnthus?
Thanks

You have to buy some now . . . if you can buy MPX they will convert (probably until Jan 30th)

Yes the only thing you could have had was a vote.witch is over. You need to actually own shares of mpx on the acutual date when shares are covered. Next week or two. Then an you will convert at .1673 + .1 shares for spin off Mpxi

If you sold MPX at their ath, and you didn't buy MPX back when they dipped to nearly half than you are missing out on what will be a USA powerhouse...

I assume MPXI will have a US ticker also. Probably a CSE listing with both Canadian & US ticker symbols I would hope. Any thoughts on this?

Hello BluesGuy, TSXV listing sounds good. I hope they have a US OTC ticker to go with the TSXV ticker (otherwise the MPXI would not be good for US investors). Some stocks do not have both and that would not be good. iAnthus is gonna be a power. GLTY Mike
