Nabis Holdings

Can someone explain the relationship between Nabis Holdings and MPX?

I read;  "Led by two of the co-founders of MPX Bioceutical (CSE:MPX)."

Is Nabis still part of MPX?  In other words when Nabis does a deal is it for MPX?

Closing on or before Feb 5.  I wonder why the delay also.
