How is this a good buying Opportunity??

So my estimates are over $250 M valued physiical cobalt with a market ap of $280 M or so.
So tell me, what premium should you pay for this particular stock when you have miners that have potentially over $1B in the ground with MC's of less than $100M?

I will take my chance with the best of the junior miners even though there is much risk as usual.
Much more risk reward considering where the cobalt price is going. Just my thoughts!! DYOR

Currently market Cap value  is about a 10 percnet premium to the actual COBALT they have ON-HAND, the question is, Where will you find a deal better than this?  Since when do you find a company valued at just slighlty more than the Inventory they have on hand? Remember, what's in hand is worth alot more than what can be theoretically mined, $1 billion in a mine will only be wrth $4
