happens every time td gives an upgrade, when its quietly telling the market a bought deal is coming I WILL HOLD MY SMALL POSITION , BUT i REALLY DONT THINK THE STORY IS AS GOOD AS HYPED because the discount to selling on the bought deal is too steep
