simplyfied valuation

KBLT looks like a clear buy on assets/nav

Cobalt price per tonne: 62000.00US$ = 81.500CAN$
https://www.lme.com/en-GB/Metals/Minor-metals/Cobalt#tabIndex=0

KBLT has
54 million Can$ Cash
+
2905 metric tonnes of physical Cobalt
which have a value of 237 million Can$
+
13% of ASX.HIG with a current value of 15million Can$

that alone is: 306million Can$

Then VB Stream was acquired for 300mmUS$ = 390million Can$
at date of deal each tonne of cobalt was trading at 80.000 US$/tonne = 105.000Can$/tonne
so today Cobalt is trading about 25% below the price of that time.

Adjust that the stream might be worth
390million*0,75= 292,5 million today

then there`s 9 other royalties according to analysts
worth about 50million can$ but i assume only 50% of that
would be 25million can$

Royalty and Stream at fair value should be around:
317,5 million Can$

Total minimum fair value 623,5million Can$
divided by 84 million shares 7,42Can$/shares

plus maybe a premium once they close the Ramu stream deal
that would make them immidaitly cash flow positive
