Why is stock dropping?

The company had a very positive press release a couple of days ago, including the massive buyback of shares........but the stock has done nothing but fall since the release. Anybody have an opinion why?

I dont understand the SP drop either following such positive news.  They clearly received a good settlement on the stolen Cobalt - a price at almost the peak of Cobalt market.  The buy-back also should increase SP, not reduce it.    The offtake agreement also seems to be very positive, unless shareholders only want to hold Cobalt 27 as 100% invested in physical cobalt.  I
