How about it being ridiculously over sold and could easily be 3x the value as EV's blow up.  Or that IPO was done at almost twice the price and recently there was 700k shares bought by an insider.

I agree with RedBaron.  Look the fundamentals.  According to the 09/30/18 balance sheet, cash and physical cobalt alone almost equal the market cap.  Another $3-4 was invested in royalties and takeoff agreements - if they have any value at all, the SP is way under valued.  Likely the is and will be more selling for tax purposes for those who got in at $9-10 a share.  But
