Barring some good news,
it looks like the previous low of $3.94 will be taken out next week
Cobalt prices continue to be weak.
Cobalt 27 CEO is doing all the PR stops he can to prop up price, but it isn't enough.
This looks to be dead money for a while.

Oops-make that $3.36 for the low. And it might take a few more weeks as a result.

The low was C$3.30 on 12/31/18. That's still a bit away, but given that the CO price is now under $15, it may happen. Currently, all non-precious metal stocks are getting hit. But, I'm still optimistic long term and will further average down if they do hit new lows.
