Just 1 year ago today the stock was trading at $9.62 so this doesn't look like a "premium" to me! You can't whitewash this deal... pure predatory activity to short change common investors and make the big cats fatter. Plain and Simple. Like I said... Doggy Doo.

Yeah, they scheduled this deal at a weak point in the general market to offer a bogus premium and when they could steal the Voisey stream and physical cobalt at a significant discount.  Those institutional investors that subscribed to new shares to provide the cash to acquire Voisey can't be happy with being ripped off.

I agree, this should be challenged immediately. These are very shady practices. Leaving their investors to scramble.

If these are shady practices why would you want to be stuck in this dog?????  The mistake was investing here in the first place.  Take what you can and run..  $5.75 is a hell of allot better then $3.50.

A. Didn't think it was a dog when first invested. B. Was quite content to hold as it should come back as electrics move mainstream. C. $5.75 is losing money which is fine when I get to make the call but when forced to lose money by questionable management decisions... well that doesn't sit right.

100% agree. This deal was only designed to benefit the buyer. Vote NO. It sounds like a lot of Shateholders are voting no to the deal. I wouldn't be surprised if the deal falls through. At the same time, they have fully lost my trust. Not sure what to do though, I was hoping to ride this stock back into the double digits. I was planning on keeping it as a long term investment and really only ...more
