We are all voting No

Good luck (sarcasm) to Pala investments. We are all voting NO. You can try to make a hostile takeover, but you will have to pay more and we will vote NO again, because we invested for cobalt, not to have our cash back below book value. Expect strong resistance to the criminal proposal, expect competing proposals. OSC should block this, since this is the only way Canadians can invest in critical physical cobalt.

Yes this is an unbelievably dubious takeover.  These guys put together an investment vehicle with a very specific purpose, buy at the very top, and then sell at the very bottom only a year later.   I'm definitely voting no.  Unfortunately then we owe Pala $15M (thanks management) and still have the same a$$holes running the company.  We need to kick these guys out ...more

Yery much agree. My primary reason for voting "no" is simply that I don't like being robbed. Secondary reason is that there is a pretty good chance that the price of cobalt recovers in the coming years.

The big question is (and what a judge would ask him): Is Mr. Milewski personally benefiting from giving Pala an advantageous deal? I am 100% sure ...more

I can see why people stick with Blue Chip investments. Everything else just seems to be one big con game where a new angle is born everyday. Voting NO on this con.
