Not proxy materials

I still haven't received any voting materials. Seems like a strategy by management, hoping everyone sells their shares. Not me, going to vote no. Cobalt price is rising from glencore closing worlds biggest cobalt mine. Nickle has also risen 30% since this bunk deal was announced.
