How to vote online

Go to Proxyvote.com
Enter the 16 digit number you get from your broker for the shares you have.
Then vote.

Mgmt/Pala (they're essentially the same) are putting a full court press on to get people to vote in the affirmative.  If you're voting in favor (to be screwed) they can take your vote over the phone.  If voting against, you have to go to Proxyvote.com to vote.  

It took me two minutes.

Just voted against.  Even if this was a fair deal at the time (not saying it was) it is a bad deal now that cobalt and nickel have gone up quite a bit and Ramu is under scrutiny. To be honest I bought close enough to the bottom that the deal going through wouldn't have much downside, but figured I'd show some solidarity.  We all know that management knew they were selling at or ...more

I want to vote against the proposal. What they are trying to do should be illegal. We need to remove current management as soon as possible. My broker does not support proxy voting for foreign shares. I am based in Europe. I asked the firm that is on this if there is another way to vote my shares. They replied no. They are paid by Cobalt 27 and know how I feel. I am unsure I can trust them. Does ...more

Sorry to hear sbout your inability to vote.   I am in the US and my broker provided me with the 16 digit code to input in the ProxyVote.com site and it let me vote.   Strange that your broker in Europe can't get you the 16 digit number to vote.  My only suggestion would be that you contact KBLT investor relations and ask them.   I have had similar problems with some of ...more

Thanks, I will contact met broker and the IR to see if there is a way to still vote.
