They didn't have the votes before and extended the voting period two weeks.  Now they're focusing on getting stockholders to vote for the deal.  If they get approval, we're screwed.  If they don't get the necessary votes, we should see a better offer from Pala or they deal dies, which is okay with me as  I'd be happy to remain as is, even with the rip-off ...more
