I'm pretty peeved by this situation shareholders are getting the shaft. Especially after the votes already turned the offer down. Cobalt is only going to be increased in importance to the global market. EV is in its infancy...

It's amazing! They didn't have the votes so made a marginal increase in their offer, which will still totally screw the shareholders. Just so brazen by Pala Investments and Milewski.
