How Did They Fail Us, Let me count the ways!
Candente desperately needs CZA cash. Good management, management without conflict of interest, would have held DNT directors hands over a candle. Hard negotiation would have resulted in a private placement into DNT giving CZA a sizeable block of DNT. Rather than that, they negotiated for 9% rather than controlling interest in DNT and independance. Dispersement of the lesser 12 mm shares to minority shareholders is much less valuable than CZA having double the number, in tact. Wow, imagine CZA having the control block. This would surely add significant value to CZA shares! And think, DNT would still have 13.8 % of CZA! And think again, Little risk of loss of control when you consider the Lock-Up group!! What are they afraid of? Our conflicted management would have us think that they forced DNT over the candle. OBVIOUSLY FORGOT TO LITE THE CANDLE!!!
