A Great Many Press Releases, But Still Losing Money

These guys are putting out a ton of optimistic announcements but they still aren't producing a profit every month. If sales and occupancy are as high as they claim, why is there no postive bottom line?

How big was the hole that COVID created anyways?  seems to me they should have been able to backfill it by now you would think?
