CAA will be a pure royalty play and  no longer  responsible for about $8 million in exploration costs that it now funds.That $8 million is pure and free cash flow that can then be used to fund new royalty assets.Pure play royalty companies trade above 10 times annual cash flows.The extra $8 million in free cash flow net to CAA, released by the spinout, will add another $80 million ...more

N o...the $8 M. stays with Callinexx.What I am curious about is the continuous selling ....which also has odd lots with it all the time.

That is quite true.Free cash flows will double, once Callinex is spun-out.$8 million will be transferred to Callinex upon spin-out, but this is just a one-time  event to enable Callinex to carry out its annual exploration requirements for the first year.The spin-out is therefore a win-win situation...........we should get at least .50 per share for our shares of Callinex within the first year ...more

I have no idea of what the share price will be in 6 months or 12 months but I hope it is higher.  I bought this company on the basis of the royalty and not the exploration and probably will sell the exploration at some time in the future.  If the $8M in cash is for 1 year of exploration and there are 10M shares outstanding that means that the company should trade at $.80 to liquidate ...more
