Callinan Management Attn Please re Hudbay Minerals

There is speculation that Hudbay Minerals may attempt to takeover Callinan.   That is fine however to include the claim against Hudbay in the assets to be acquired would be a circumvention of the legal system and an abrogation of managements obligations to stockholders as Hudbay has never revealed the information Callinan needs to evaluate the claim.
I contend that if Hudbay bids for Callinan,d the claim against Hudbay should be escrowed on behalf of the stockholders untill sufficient information is in plaintiffs hands as ti  enable the claim to be  fairly settled or go forward to trial.   It would be patently unfair for a royalty payer to starve a smaller royalty holder by cheating on royalty payments and then takeover the royalty holder rather than payup because the royalty holder is in financially weakened condition because of the tort feasance of  the royalty payor

I'm curious: Are you trying to get management's attention on the Bullboards because they won't answer your email? You're not alone.

Have not requested to speak to management.   They dont know me.  However just because Callinan Management has  declined to speak to  Ducks does not necessarily mean they will not welcome communication with  Mooses.                                               ...more

Wow.  That news about Excelsior is cool.   Moreover, it seems to validate management's judgement, which is a key aspect of the companies prospects, as management has placed itself in a lot of interesting scenarios.   This Moose has never criticized management, other than from a physiological perspective.     Canada Moose
