Rolands demise

In reviewing the companies press release, the wording on Rolands exit says a lot.  Maybe now or shortly CAA will look at going on the "BIG" board.  I wonder what MUFFINS take on this change will be?  I have to believe it will be a change of direction for the company & we'll move forward.

Roland Butler, formerly president and CEO of Callinan, has been terminated without cause and has resigned from the board of directors as part of a transition process. Bit confusing there. But I read it that he was terminated in the position of CEO without cause. ...but he could have stayed on the board of Directors until such time that the voters don't elect him...so therefore he was not

I am not sure what to think about this developement.  A move to the big board is about all that Haywood will get accomplished for share holders.  CAA is a bit of a lame duck, more so than it has been for awhile.  I have to agree with an earlier poster though, CAA has not performed well under Mr Butler, but neither has the whole Venture exchange, which brings us back to the ppooint
