The lawyer for Callinan filed correspondence with Chief Justice Loyal in mid September with an action scheduled for November 26th.  Now this may just be an administrative motion or maybe something more substantive. The timing is one month before Butler made his exit.

Could Roland have been an obstacle to  helping out Hudbay?   Very unusual to get rid of  a name in the mining business for a junior.   If it wasnt  clearly a questionable deal the press release would have not have been so likely to gush about how beneficial the end to the litigation was for  Callinan.  That is tantamount to conceding its a lousy settlement and
